This may take some time I have the disc version of D2 as well Playstation. When I pre ordered Shadowkeep I did not get that reply. When I check my add-ons, it says Shadowkeep pre order installed and it has a countdown timer for Oct 1 to start playing.

That base game will evolve into New Light on October 1st.
