Only add a few at a time to your Mods folder then test that the game works. If you add all at once and some of them do not work you would need to remove all again and start over testing what works. When i do download something, i dont get the option to "save file" or "open" it just shuts out. I used to be able to download cc. But if that's not helping, try a different browser. Firefox always works for me, and it does what I want more readily than Chrome or Edge.
