The quality of this print is great and has the original Paramount titles at the beginning and end. This film is the first of the Noveltoons series to feature Buzzy the Crow, which was voiced by Jackson Beck, as a previous reviewer correctly pointed out. So darn appealing. Buzzy too. The animation in this is razor sharp, the plotline, with a wisecracking crow getting the best of a superstitious cat was very well done and the characters were funny.

This short bit of animation short by today's standards is about Felix the cat going through a little misadventure with Bold King Cole. The animation is fine and the bit of slapstick that's there is also entertaing. Mthe paintingy problem with this, however, is that there's not enough about King Cole bragging being annoying.
I honestly seems like Cole being punished is entirely unjustified. While he is technically a good guy, I would like to at the very least see where the 'bad' guys are coming from other then, "He brags to much". Other wise though this is perfectly fine. The cartoon is usually considered one of the better Hugh Harman Bosko cartoons.
