Like I said in my other post, the printer box and HP websites are saying that this printer is compatible to Mac but at the same time if you look at the forum, alot of customers are saying the same thing that they are not able to install the driver using HP start app and not either manually entering in System preferences. Simple question is why everyone is getting connection error when installing driver for this printer using HP easy start app on MAC?
I have already read all the related forum post and its failing on this printer driver installation. I dont get AirPrint option. The mac automatically picks "Generic printer" option as it cant find drivr for this printer in system preferences. Please uninstall the old printer drivers first. So would it then be malware? Ive tried to do an auto update on the driver i have installed now and it says no amd product detected so would that be a problem with my motherboard? Would windows firewall work to see if there is malware on the system, because I have that enabled and it says that nothings being detected as malware or a virus on my computer. No problem with Your motherboard at all, it has nothing to do with this. All software firewalls works the same. Only a hardware firewall can block incoming traffic such in a router for example. Have You done any changes in the router firewall? Such as open up a tunnel for games?
In that case the routers Firewall protection will be comprised.
